We currently ship to selected countries and regions. Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and shipping fees will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
If your location is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to your region.
Estimated delivery time depends on your destination, shipping method, and local carrier conditions. In general, delivery may take approximately 7-20 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. The final shipping cost may vary depending on your location, order weight, order value, and available shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on the product page, cart page, or checkout page when applicable.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your shipping method.
Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid import fees.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, building management, or household members. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us for assistance.
Items in the same order may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or carrier requirements. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
If an item is marked as a pre-order or backordered item, the estimated shipping time will be shown on the product page or communicated separately. Orders containing pre-order items may ship once the item becomes available.
